Its smart-pathing navigation system provides greater maneuverability and its high-pile carpet cleaning mode cleans well, though it is prone to get caught up in rug tassels. Additionally, its iHome speaker lets you operate the robot by voice commands.

During our tests, we found that the IQ was able to handle pet hair effectively. It was able to eliminate lots of debris on floors that were unfinished and a decent amount of rug with a medium pile. It was less effective with shag carpets. It struggled to get at dirt and dust buried within the fibers. It did a decent job of maneuvering around chair legs and tight spaces as well as the bottom of an wooden IKEA step stool. We did notice it was a little slower on floors that were not paved however it soon recovered speed and performed more thoroughly than other robots we tested.

The IQ is a better option for the majority of users than the iRobot Roomba. It has a bigger dust bin, lasts longer on a charge and does a better job of maneuvering itself over obstacles. In our tests, the eufy11S was excellent at picking up large particles and fine dust on hard floors. It struggled to deep clean high-pile and medium-pile carpets.
